You can update an open Media portal support ticket to change your contact information, add notes for Lumen, or to upload an attachment to help us work on your ticket.

You can create alerts in Media portal to receive an email when conditions for your services meet or exceed conditions you specify.
You can enable or disable alerts as needed to start/stop receiving emails when certain conditions are met. Enabling and disabling saves deleting and creating alerts.
You can delete Media portal alerts if you no longer need to be notified when the alert conditions are met.
Once you register your ITM account in Media portal, you can use Media portal to access that ITM account.
You can register your ITM account in Media portal so you can access ITM directly from Media portal rather than signing in separately.
Using Media portal, you can view and register your ITM accounts to enable you to transparently monitor and route traffic to any publicly accessible IP application, website, or content delivery network (CDN).
If you've forgotten your Media portal password, you can reset so you can sign in again.

If you're working in Media portal for long periods of time with occasional periods of inactivity, you can change the timeout setting so you don't need to sign in repeatedly.
If you contact information changes, you can update your Media portal profile so we're able to contact you about your services.
