Both the VoIP administrator portal and Control Center provide call-detail reporting capabilities. Learn more about the reporting options available and where to access them.

Viewing reports in the VoIP Administrator portal

To view reports in the VoIP Administrator portal:

  1. Go to www.lumen.com/voip.

  2. Log in using your user ID and password.

  3. From the main menu, click Reports.

Viewing reports in Control Center

To view reports in Control Center:

  1. Go to www.lumen.com/login.

  2. Sign in using your username and password.

  3. Click Monitoring, click Voice Reports, then click Usage Analyst.
