Enrolling to receive invoice PDFs by email

To enroll to receive invoice PDFs by email:

  1. Click Billing, click Delivery Options, then click Email PDF.

    Control Center lists the accounts eligible to enroll in email PDF delivery, but are not currently enrolled. (To view accounts currently enrolled in email PDF delivery, click the Enrolled tab.)
  1. On the right side of the row for the account you want to enroll, click the blue arrow.

  1. In the Review and Elect Password Protection section, select the radio button to choose whether you want your PDF to be secure or unsecure.

Note: If you select the secure delivery option, we'll add a password to the PDF. Use your billing address zip code for the account as the password.

  1. In the Email Address Distribution List section, type the email address you want the PDF to be sent to. If you want to add an additional address (up to five total), click Add Another, then type the email address.
  1. In the Authorizations & Disclosures section, select the checkbox to indicuate you authorize Lumen to send you the invoice each month, then type your name (in the Name field).
  1. Review the terms and conditions, then click Submit.

    Control Center submits your request. Once we enroll the account, you'll see it listed on the Enrolled tab.
