Viewing threat details

Using the Lumen Defender℠ dashboard (available within Control Center), you can view threat details of active and blocked threats for services enabled with Lumen Defender℠ Powered by Black Lotus Labs®. You can export the threat details or add the threat to a custom list if your service has Lumen Defender Plus. 

To view threat details:

  1. Click Monitoring, then click Lumen Defender. 

    Control Center shows the Lumen Defender dashboard with a list of all threats for the past 12 hours. At the top, Control Center shows a summary of total threats by risk level, and the percentage change in those threats since the previous time period. Lumen Defender Essentials only shows severe, very high, and high threats.

  1. Click the threat IP for the threat you want to view the details for. 

    Control Center shows the threat details.
