Downloading the Dedicated 8XX batch formatter

You can use the Dedicated 8XX batch formatter to create new 8XX bulk add files for adding Dedicated 8XX numbers to your account. Dedicated 8XX batch supports adding new/reserved and complementary carrier Dedicated 8XX.

 

You may need admin rights to install the software to your computer; check with your company's IT department to get admin rights or assistance with the software install.

To download the Dedicated 8XX batch formatter:

  1. Click Orders, click Manage Orders, then click Batch.

  1. In the Ordering Type field, select the Dedicated radio button.

  1. Under Formatting Tools, click the link for Dedicated 8XX Batch Formatter (Download Executable File).  Depending on your web browser, the file download may automatically begin (Chrome), you may be prompted to Save the file to your Downloads folder (Firefox), or be prompted to Run or Save the file (Internet Explorer).
  1. In Internet Explorer, you can choose the Run option to begin installation. If using Firefox or Chrome, click on the file to begin installation.

  1. Select Next.

  1. You can leave the default destination, or select another location, then click Next.

  1. Select where the Dedicated 8XX Batch Formatter icon is to be placed and select Next.

  1. Verify the Pre-Installation Summary and click Install.

  1. Click Done when the installation is complete.
