Using Service Status

To access a quick overview of current status information for ANI, 8XX, or calling card services, use Service Status in Control Center.

To use Service Status:

  1. Using the left menu, do one of the following:

    • Click Orders, click Order Status, then click Service Status.

    • Click Monitoring, click Voice Reports, then click Service Status.
  1. Type the ANI, Card, or 8XX number, then click Go.

    Control Center shows status information for the service you selected.

The Service Status page for ANIs shows the following information:

  • Customer
  • Customer Account
  • Product Account
  • BTN
  • # PAC Digits
  • VPAC Index
  • CIC
  • End User Name
  • Status
  • Bill Begin Date
  • Bill End Date
  • First Usage
  • Last Usage

  • InterLATA/IntraLATA Last Processed
  • InterLATA/IntraLATA TCSI
