Changing the password for a Fiber+ Internet WiFi network

After you set up WiFi networks for Lumen® Fiber+ Internet service, you can use Control Center to change the password for one of the WiFi networks. You can also enable or disable the WiFi networks.

To change the password for a Fiber+ Internet WiFi network:

  1. Click Services.

    Control Center shows the Services console. Use the console to access an inventory of your services, check the status of orders, and manage your services.

  1. In the Network, Security, and Communications box, click Fiber+ Internet.

    Control Center shows all Fiber+ Internet services on the enterprise ID.
  1. When you find the service you want to work with, click the hyperlinked service ID or click the icon (in the Actions column), then click View Details.

  1. From the Manage Settings list, select WiFi/Network Settings.

  1. Do any of the following:

    • To change the password for the corporate WiFi network, type a new password (in the Password field) on the row for the corporate network.

    • To change the password for the guest WiFi network, type a new password (in the Password field) on the row for the guest network.

    • To disable the password for the guest WiFi network, select the Disable Password checkbox.

    • To enable the password for the guest WiFi network, clear the Disable Password checkbox. (And type a password in the Password field—if you haven't already added one.)
  1. When you're done, click SAVE CHANGES.

    Control Center saves your changes.
