Changing IP VPN On-Demand routing option

If your routing needs change, you can change the routing option for a Lumen® IP VPN On‑Demand connection. Choose a different routing option or specify new defined aggregates if you deny all routes except those specified. (You can also change the routing option for a connection while viewing details for a connection. From the connection details, click Manage Service.) 

To change the routing option: 

  1. In the Services widget on the homepage, select IP VPN On-Demand from Find by Product or Service Tool.
  1. Click the   icon in the Actions column next to the connection you want to update, then click Service Details. 

    Control Center shows the Service Details page. 
  1. Click Manage Service. 

    Control Center shows the Manage Service page. 
  1. Select Change Routing Option from the action menu. 

    Control Center shows routing options.
  1. Select a new routing option or type new Defined Aggregates, then click CONTINUE. 
  1. Review the service details, then click SUBMIT ORDER. 

    The new routing option takes effect when provisioning is successful.
