Viewing IP VPN On-Demand service details
You can view service details for a Lumen® IP VPN On‑Demand connection to AWS, Azure, Azure Gov, Google, Oracle, or Oracle Gov. When you view the details, you can also update the bandwidth, disconnect the connection, or create a repair ticket to fix an issue with a connection.
To view service details:
- In the Services widget on the homepage, select IP VPN On-Demand from Find by Product or Service Tool.
- Click the icon in the Actions column next to the connection you want view details for, then click Service Details.
Control Center shows the details for the connection you selected.
