Updating IP VPN On‑Demand bandwidth

If your bandwidth needs change, you can use Control Center to update the bandwidth for a connection you created using Lumen® IP VPN On‑Demand. (You can also update the bandwidth for a connection while viewing details for a connection. From the connection details, click Manage Service.) 

To update the bandwidth: 

  1. In the Services widget on the homepage, select IP VPN On-Demand from Find by Product or Service Tool.
  1. Click the   icon in the Actions column next to the connection you want to update, then click Service Details. 

    Control Center shows the Service Details page. 
  1. Click Manage Service. 

    Control Center shows the Manage Service page. 
  1. Select Update Bandwidth from the action menu. 

    Control Center shows bandwidth options.
  1. Select a new bandwidth, then click CONTINUE. 
  1. Review the service details, then click SUBMIT ORDER. 

    The new bandwidth takes effect when provisioning is successful.
