As a Control Center system administrator, you can view a list of all the Lumen accounts assigned to the enterprise ID for your organization. Accounts control the list of Lumen services you see on the enterprise ID.
You can add or remove accounts for account groups you created in Control Center.
In Control Center, you can change the name of account groups you created to make them easier to identify or to reflect changes you made to the account group.
As a Control Center system administrator, you can create an account group to make viewing invoices, paying bills, assigning account, and viewing payment history easier.
You can change your default view for billing tasks to see a specific account group or all accounts in Control Center.
In Control Center, you can delete an account group if you no longer need it.
In Control Center, you can store information you need to manage your Lumen services so that members of your organization can access them from a central location. When you upload a document, you can specify whether everyone in your organization can view the document or whether only users you specify can view the document.
You can set a custom name for an enterprise ID in Control Center to help you more easily identify enterprise IDs. For example, you can label an enterprise ID to denote a particular region, department, or holding company for your organization using the Lumen services on the enterprise ID.
As a Control Center system administrator, you can view a list of notifications set up for your organization: billing, repair tickets, and scheduled maintenance for Lumen services.
After adding a Radius user, you can edit the user information to change the user's password, name, or employee ID or to lock (disable) or unlock (enable) their access.
If someone in your organization needs access to manage Lumen Secure Access Mobility and Lumen Managed Network Services CLI (command-line interface), you can add them as a Radius user in Control Center.
In Control Center, you can use My Downloads and My Uploads to send files to and receive files from Lumen.
If a user no longer needs access to manage Lumen Secure Access Mobility and Lumen Managed Network Services CLI (command-line interface), you can delete their user information from Control Center.
Using Control Center, you can view a list of Radius users for your organization. Radius users have access to manage Lumen Secure Access Mobility and Lumen Managed Network Services CLI (command-line interface).
You can view Control Center profile information for users in your organization, such as their email address or phone number.
You can view a list of documents for your organization that you have access to in Control Center. Once you view the list, you can upload additional documents or remove documents you no longer need.
As a Control Center system administrator you can update profile information for users in your organization, such as changing their email address or phone number. Users can also make changes to their own profile information.
As a Control Center system administrator, you can reset the two-factor authentication (2FA) for users in your organization. Typically, you reset a user's 2FA if they have trouble authenticating, need to reinstall their authentication app, or if they want to change devices used for authentication.
In Control Center, you can view a list of users on an enterprise ID, including a status for the user and the date the user last signed in. From the list, you can view details for a user and take actions for the users.
If you are a Control Center system administrator, you can manage whether users can self-register for access to your enterprise ID.
