If your organization has more than one enterprise ID, you can consolidate them under one enterprise ID so that you'll see all your accounts in one place rather than having to move between usernames or enterprise IDs.
To merge your enterprise IDs, contact your Lumen representative. Your representative will submit a request to our Portal Support Center on your behalf. Be sure to specify which enterprise ID you prefer to consolidate under (if you have a preference). If you want to keep some accounts separate, you can request that certain accounts be moved and leave the rest on the enterprise ID to keep them separate.
If you change your mind later and need to separate out accounts, you can request a new enterprise ID.
