Viewing the activity log

Using the Lumen Defender℠ Plus dashboard (available within Control Center), you can view the activity log for services enabled with Lumen Defender℠ Powered by Black Lotus Labs®. The activity log tracks adding and removing IP addresses to and from custom lists. You can also view details for individual threats, view a list of blocked threats, and view a list of active threats for your organization’s protected services.

To view the activity log:

  1. Click Monitoring, then click Lumen Defender. 

    Control Center shows the Lumen Defender dashboard with a list of all threats for the past 12 hours. At the top, Control Center shows a summary of total threats by risk level, and the percentage change in those threats since the previous time period. Lumen Defender Essentials only shows severe, very high, and high threats.

  1. Click the Activity Log tab.

    Control Center shows all add and delete activities for custom lists.

  1. Do any of the following for the activity log shown:

    • To refresh the page, click the icon.

    • To change the period for the threats shown in the table, select an option from the Last 12 Hours list.

    • To download a CSV file of the activity log, click the icon.
