Viewing threat notifications

Using the Lumen Defender℠ Plus dashboard (available within Control Center), you can view a list of threat notifications for services enabled with Lumen Defender℠ Powered by Black Lotus Labs®. Create threat notifications to alert you to threat changes. You can also view details for individual threats, view a list of blocked threats, and view a list of active threats for your organization’s protected services.

To view threat notifications:

  1. Click Monitoring, then click Lumen Defender. 

    Control Center shows the Lumen Defender dashboard with a list of all threats for the past 12 hours. At the top, Control Center shows a summary of total threats by risk level, and the percentage change in those threats since the previous time period. Lumen Defender Essentials only shows severe, very high, and high threats.

  1. Click the Notifications tab.

    Control Center shows a list of threat notifications. 
  1. Do any of the following to review the notifications shown:

    • To remove a threat notification, click the icon, then click Delete.

    • To edit a threat notification, click the icon, then click Edit.

    • To download a CSV file of the threat notifications listed, click the icon.
