Editing a firewall rule for Fiber+ Internet

Using Control Center, you can edit firewall rules for a Lumen® Fiber+ Internet service. You can also add or remove firewall rules as your business needs change.

To edit a firewall rule for Fiber+ Internet:

  1. In the Services widget on the homepage, select Fiber+ Internet from the Find by Product or Service Tool list.

    Control Center shows all Fiber+ Internet services on the enterprise ID.
  1. When you find the service you want to work with, click the hyperlinked service ID or click the icon (in the Actions column), then click View Details.

    Control Center shows details for the Fiber+ Internet service you selected.

  1. From the Manage Settings list, select Firewall Rules.

    Control Center shows the firewall rules (if any) for the Fiber+ Internet service.
  1. Make your changes to the firewall rule(s).
  1. When you're done, click SAVE CHANGES.
