Viewing firewall rules for Fiber+ Internet

Use Control Center to manage firewall rules for a Lumen® Fiber+ Internet service. You can view a list of the firewall rules in effect, then add, edit, or remove rules as needed.

To view firewall rules for Fiber+ Internet:

  1. In the Services widget on the homepage, select Fiber+ Internet from the Find by Product or Service Tool list.

    Control Center shows all Fiber+ Internet services on the enterprise ID.
  1. When you find the service you want to work with, click the hyperlinked service ID or click the icon (in the Actions column), then click View Details.

    Control Center shows details for the Fiber+ Internet service you selected.

  1. From the Manage Settings list, select Firewall Rules.

    Control Center shows the firewall rules (if any) for the Fiber+ Internet service.
