After you add DNIS information for your toll-free numbers, you can update or change the information at any time. Your changes are effective immediately—or at a time you designate. If you no longer need it, you can also delete DNIS information for a toll-free number in Control Center.
To update the DNIS information for a toll-free number:
Important: After you schedule the changes, you cannot edit the plan until the pending changes are activated. You can check the status of the request by selecting Job List from the More Actions list.
