You can set a custom name for an enterprise ID in Control Center to help you more easily identify enterprise IDs. For example, you can label an enterprise ID to denote a particular region, department, or holding company for your organization using the Lumen services on the enterprise ID.
If your Control Center username is assigned to more than one enterprise ID, you can switch from one enterprise to another to work with different Lumen accounts or services without having to sign out and sign in again.
The system administrators for your organization can create a new users, delete old users, reset passwords, change permissions, and more... If you don't know who that person is, you can find your administrators in Control Center.
To view and manage security solutions, such as Lumen Adaptive Network Security and Lumen DDoS Hyper, you need to sign in with two-factor authentication. To use two-factor authentication, you must first download and set up an authenticator app.
When you first sign in to Control Center, you'll need to do a few things that you won't need to do on subsequent logins: acknowledging the user agreement, setting a password, and creating security questions with answers.
