Learn how to use Bill Analyst (accessed from Control Center) to create and run summary and detail billing reports to analyze your telecom spend.
In Control Center, you can use a trunk utilization report to get data and statistics for your Lumen toll-free numbers in near real time. Call record use data is broken out by daily, hourly, monthly, weekly, and busy hour.
Using Control Center, you can view a utilization report for trunk groups for Lumen Voice Complete. The report lists each of your Voice Complete trunks along with traffic utilization data. Select trunk groups (up to 3 at a time) to show a graph of the utilization over time.
Using Control Center, you can access call volume for a Lumen Voice Complete service by viewing a busy-hour report. Report times are shown in GMT.
Using Control Center, you can request many different types of reports for your Lumen Wholesale toll-free service. In addition to the variety of reports listed above, Control Center lists the reports you requested. You can also schedule reports to run on a regular basis.
Using Control Center, you can download a coverage report for Lumen Voice Complete. The coverage report lists where Voice Complete service is available—which will help you submit orders to add service at additional locations.
You can run service reports for your Lumen 8XX, ANI, and Calling Card services; Control Center offers a variety of reports.
