After you receive an email letting you know the toll-free numbers you reserved are available, learn how to place the order using Control Center. You can place an order for random toll-free numbers without reserving them first.
You can use Control Center to make changes to existing Lumen Toll-Free, IQ Networking, or Private Line services.
You can check the status of Dedicated batch files in Control Center; Preliminary Order Status will display each Dedicated batch file and all its related files; these should all be available fairly quickly after a valid file is successfully uploaded and processed.
You can use Preliminary Order Status in Control Center to view progress on your Switched batch, Dedicated batch, and DTFO orders, look at View/Modify Call Plan changes, and access your OLOF orders in Control Center.

After you have added a Switched 8XX to your account in Control Center and it is porting, you must email the LOA to Lumen.
You can save online order forms (OLOFs) and Dedicated Toll Free Origination (DTFO) orders in Control Center; when you are ready to submit a saved order you can retrieve it in Preliminary Order Status.
You can check the status of Switched batch files; after Lumen processes your Switched batch file, Control Center provides order status by returning text files referred to as results files.
Use Service Status in Control Center to access a quick overview of current status information for Lumen ANI, 8XX, or calling card services.

Ordering switched services using single order entry (SOE) is useful when you have a small to medium volume of orders in a single day. You can enter your order information directly in to Control Center.
You can use the IP Solutions OLOF to submit order requests for Lumen Internet Port, Private Port VPN, and Private Port VPLS using Control Center.
In Control Center, you can use the Dedicated Toll Free Origination (DTFO) tool to submit and manage orders for TDM dedicated and IP Voice Toll Free numbers including mew/reserved, porting, and complementary-carrier orders.
You can submit a request to unblock an ANI in Control Center and allow calls to a toll-free number from the specific ANI.
When you need to process a large volume of orders in a single day, you can use the Switched Batch Formatter Tool to create a batch file to upload your orders to Lumen using Control Center.
