Click Billing, then click Billing Requests– MyLevel3.
Control Center lists the billing requests for your organization (for the accounts assigned to your user profile) and a status for each request.
Click the Request ID for the billing request you want to update.(If you don't see the billing request you want to edit, you can use the Search box to search for it. You can also filter the data using the Status and Type filters and date range link; sort records by clicking the column headers.)
Update the request as needed. You can add notes, attachments, invoice lists, and new contact information.
When you're done updating the request details, click Save Changes.
