You can check the status of billing requests for your organization for the billing accounts assigned to your user profile. Note that Control Center only shows tickets created online. For tickets opened over the phone, contact us.
Click Billing, then click Billing Requests– MyLevel3.
Control Center lists the billing requests for your organization (for the accounts assigned to your user profile) and a status for each request.
To view details for a billing request, click the Request ID for the ticket. (If you don't see the billing request you want to view on the list, you can use the Search box to search for it. You can also filter the list using the Status and Type filters and date range link; click the column headers to sort records in ascending or descending order. Remember that you can only see billing requests for accounts assigned to your user profile.)
When you're done viewing the ticket details, you can close the tab for the request.
