Deleting a route plan from a SIP Trunking service

For a Lumen® SIP Trunking service, a route plan consists of one or more trunks and it controls how Lumen delivers calls to those trunks (known as inbound traffic). If you no longer need a route plan, you can delete it from Control Center. You can also update a route plan instead of deleting it and creating a new one.

To delete a route plan from a SIP Trunking service:

  1. In the Services widget on the homepage, select IQ Networking from the Find by Product or Service Tool list.

    Control Center shows all IQ Networking services on the enterprise ID. SIP Trunking services have a service ID starting with VO-.
  1. Search for the service you want to work with. When you find the service you want to work with, click the hyperlinked service ID or click the icon (in the Actions column), then click View Details.

  1. Click the Route Plan Management tab.

    Control Center shows the route plan(s) for the service.

  1. Review the route plan to make sure you selected the correct one, then select Delete a Route Plan (from the Select Action list), then click Go.
  1. In the confirmation window that appears, click OK.

    Control Center deletes the route plan.
