Creating a bulk order for toll-free terminations
Using Control Center, you can create a bulk order for a toll‑free terminations on a Lumen® 1+ Switched and Toll Free service using a spreadsheet to avoid creating an order for terminations row by row. You can create a termination for a ring‑to number or a switch/trunk group combination. (You can create only one termination per switch/trunk group combination.)
To create a bulk order for toll-free terminations:
- Click Services.
Control Center shows the Services console. Use the console to access an inventory of your services, check the status of orders, and manage your services.
- In the Service and Ordering Tools box, click 1+ Switched & Toll Free.
- If you have more than one customer number, use the Select Customer list to select the customer ID you want to work with.
- Click the menu icon (), click Toll Free, then click Create Term.
- In the Svc Loc/Bill Acct field, select the billing account number you want to place the order under. (If you only have one billing account number, Control Center automatically selects that billing account number for you.)
- Click Download Template and save the bulk template to your computer.
- Fill out the template with the terminations you want to add.
- Click Bulk Upload, navigate to the file, then click Open.
- When you're done, click Submit.
Control Center submits the order for the terminations. You can now track the status of your order online.
