Use Control Center to manage users, permissions, and accounts for your organization. For example, you can create a user with permissions to manage your organization's repair tickets.
We use the contact information in your Control Center profile to alert you to changes and issues with your service as well as to pre-fill information in tickets. It's important to keep your profile information current so you receive these notices (and any others you elect to receive):
