After you submit an order to add a calling card, you can change it in Control Center. Use this procedure to change calling card orders that are network- or billing-ready. This procedure assumes that the calling card has been successfully added to the customer list for your account in our database. If you no longer need a calling card, you can disconnect it using Control Center.
Click Orders, click Manage Orders, then click Change.
Select Card from the Service Type list.
In the Calling Card Code field, enter a calling card code, then click Lookup.
Control Center fills in the Change Order page with the existing calling card information.
Edit the following fields as necessary:
Order ID (you must enter a new order ID for the change)
International Origination (for Change orders only)
International Termination (for Change orders only)
Click Submit Request.
A message pops up with your order confirmation results. You can correct any errors in the order and resubmit it.
Take a screenshot or make note of the order confirmation results information (clicking OK dismisses the order confirmation information). The results information is not available for later retrieval, but you can look up the 8XX, ANI, or Card on your account in Service Status.
