You can submit an order request to add a calling card in Control Center. You can also change a calling card or disconnect a calling card you no longer need.
If you are using random code generation, you must wait for confirmation from Lumen before fulfilling calling cards for your customers. These numbers are randomly generated, and Lumen must confirm that the number is actually available. To confirm a calling card number assignment, you must do the following:
- Make a note of all order ID numbers, since these numbers are required to verify calling card numbers later.
- Run an order ID report to receive a list of authorization codes that were placed within a corresponding order.
