Viewing app monitors

Use Lumen® Edge Service Manager to view the availability, response time and status of your apps. The Edge Service Manager also enables you to create, edit, delete and mute app monitors.

You can view the following information:

 

  • Name
  • Number of Checks
  • Availability (percentage)
  • Response time (in ms)

 

In addition, you can filter the display to show apps with the following health conditions:

Condition Description
All All conditions.
Happy Healthy.
Warning May require you to take action.
Sad Error detected.
Muted App monitor is removed from availability calculations.

To view app monitors:

  1. Click Monitoring, then click Apps.

    The Edge Service Manager shows the list of apps.

  1. Use the search fields to filter incidents.
