Viewing monitoring incident details

Use Lumen® Edge Service Manager to view a list of incidents and outages. The Edge Service Manager enables you to create, and edit each incident. In addition, you can view, mute, unmute, close, and reopen monitoring incidents.

The incident details include the following: 

  • issues
  • history
  • members

To view monitoring incident details:

  1. Click Monitoring, then click Incidents.

    The Edge Service Manager shows the list of incidents.

  1. Use the search fields to filter incidents.

    The Edge Service Manager shows the list of incidents.
  1. In the list section, click the incident you want to work with.

    The incident detail page information includes the following:
     
  • Severity—Options include Critical, Warning, or Info.
  • Start—Date and time that the incident was created.
  • End—Date and time that the incident was closed.
  • Duration—Amount of time the incident was open.
  • Status—Options include Open or Closed.
