Updating card firmware for Encrypted Wavelength

For security, you should periodically request firmware updates for the network cards associated with your Encrypted Wavelength service. When you request a firmware update, the updates begin immediately after you submit the request, so you'll want to coordinate the upgrade with Lumen Operations in case you have a problem or need help.

To update card firmware for Encrypted Wavelength:

  1. Click Services, then click Network, Security, and Communications.

Control Center shows a list of all services assigned to the billing accounts under the enterprise ID.
