Voice Feature Management portal release notes

  • Product update: We will be removing the following features from the Voice Complete Mobility Feature Pack as well as from the Voice Feature Management portal:

    • CommPilot Call Manager
    • Remote Office
    • Voice Portal Calling

  • Effective February 13, 2020, new Voice Complete services will no longer include the above features. These features will not be accessible in the Voice Feature Management portal.
  • Effective March 13, 2020, existing Voice Complete services will no longer have access to the above features. These features will no longer be accessible via the Voice Feature Management portal.
  • User guide update: We've replaced the user guide, admin guide, and feature guides with a new, online help library. If you have any questions, please contact your Lumen representative.
