Accessing Receptionist Console for the first time
The first time you access the Receptionist Console, you’ll go through the VoIP portal. After the first sign in, you can go directly to the Receptionist Console to sign in. We recommend you bookmark this page.
To access Receptionist Console for the first time:
- Sign in to the VoIP portal.
- From the top menu in the VoIP portal, click the Receptionist PC Console link.
- To sign in, use your VoIP portal credentials (from the welcome email we sent you). Remember, the user ID and password are case sensitive.
- To stay signed in to the Receptionist Console, select the Stay Signed In checkbox.
- To bookmark the Receptionist Console URL, click the Bookmark this Page link, then Ctrl + D.
- Click Sign In.
