Enrolling in Autopay

Note: 10-digit (CABS) billing account numbers are not eligible for online payment. To make a payment for these accounts, please call 800-603-6000.

To enroll in Autopay:

  1. Click Billing, then click Autopay.

    Control Center displays a list of accounts that are eligible for Autopay, but are not currently enrolled. (To view accounts currently enrolled in Autopay, click the Enrolled tab.)

  1. Select the checkbox next to the account(s) you want to enroll in Autopay, then click Enroll Selected.

  1. Review the list to be sure you've selected the account(s) you want to enroll, then do one of the following:

    • If you have the right account(s), click Continue, then continue with step 6.

    • If you need to make changes, click Back, then go back to step 4.

    • If you need to cancel enrolling the account(s) in Autopay, click Cancel.

  1. In the Routing Number field, type your bank's routing number.
  1. In the Account Number field, type your account number.
  1. From the Bank Account Type list, select whether it's a new or existing account.
  1. Select the I agree to these Terms and Conditions checkbox.
  1. Click Next.

  1. Verify that the information you entered is correct, then click Save. (If the information is not correct, click the Make Changes link and make your corrections.)

  1. Review and keep the confirmation information that appears on the screen, then click Done.

Important: Continue paying your bill as normal until your Autopay enrollment has been confirmed.

Your changes will become effective within one to two billing cycles. After it is complete, you'll receive an email confirming your enrollment.
