Signing in to the Contact Center Client

After the first time you access and sign in to the Contact Center Client, you can use your web browser to access the client.

To sign in to the Contact Center Client:

  1. To sign in, use your VoIP portal credentials. Remember, the user ID and password are case sensitive.
  1. To stay signed in to the Contact Center Client, select the Stayed Signed In checkbox.
  1. To bookmark the Contact Center Agent client URL, Click the Bookmark this Page link, then Ctrl‑D.
  1. Click Sign In.

    The Contact Center Client appears.
