Signing in to the Contact Center Client

After the first time you access and sign in to the Contact Center Client, you can use your web browser to access the client.

To sign in to the Contact Center Client:

  1. To sign in, use your VoIP portal credentials. Remember, the user ID and password are case sensitive.

Note: If you don’t have your credentials, you will find them in your welcome email.

  1. To stay signed in to the Contact Center Client, select the  Stayed Signed In checkbox.

Note: If you select to stay signed in, the client automatically reconnects and signs in to the server when there’s a network connection.

  1. To bookmark the Contact Center Agent client URL, Click the Bookmark this Page link, then Ctrl D.
  1. Click Sign In.
