If you want to block a number from calling your toll-free number, you can submit a request in Control Center to block the ANI. Blocking the ANI deactivates it on the Lumen network. If needed later, you can submit an order to unblock the ANI.
Note: If you’re blocking a customer for non-payment and they are no longer an active customer, we recommend you submit a disconnect order after you submit the block order.
