Creating a bulk order for simple toll-free route plans

Using Control Center, you can place a bulk order to create multiple simple route plans for toll‑free numbers on a Lumen® 1+ Switched and Toll Free service. This saves you having to add route plans to an order row by row.

To create a bulk order for simple toll-free route plans:

  1. Click Services.

    Control Center shows the Services console. Use the console to access an inventory of your services, check the status of orders, and manage your services.

  1. In the Service and Ordering Tools box, click 1+ Switched & Toll Free.

  1. If you have more than one customer number, use the Select Customer list to select the customer ID you want to work with.
  1. Click the menu icon (), click Toll Free, then click Create Route.

  1. In the Route Type field, select the Simple radio button.

  1. Click Download Template and save the bulk template to your computer.
  1. Fill out the template with the route plans you want to add.
  1. Click Bulk Upload, navigate to the file, then click Open.
  1. When you're done, click Submit.

    Control Center submits the order for the route plan. You can now track the status of your order online.
