Sorting calls in your monitored queues

To sort calls in your monitored queues:

  1. From the Queued Calls pane’s header bar, click Options (the wrench and screwdriver icon).

  1. From the Options list, select Sort.
  1. From the Sort list, select the sorting option:

    • Longest wait.

    • Longest wait in priority.
