Lumen help
Media portal contains multiple convenient, easy‑to‑use tools to help you monitor your caching nodes in real‑time, schedule reports, and configure alerts. For a more detailed reporting, it is also possible to gather advanced access logs.
These tools will help you track your CDN performance at a real‑time level as well as aggregate level, and also alert you when certain metrics exceed threshold ‑ such as requests/sec ‑ which can be an indicator of security incidents like DDoS attacks.
Real‑time monitoring
You can view near real‑time caching metrics for your caching service, which is collected every minute and up to 6 hours of data is made available to you on Media portal.
Custom reports
You can create and manage custom peports of your CDN usage within Media portal, which provides aggregate data of your CDN performance. These reports can be scheduled to run and be emailed to interested parties, or can be run as needed.
Alerts
You can create alerts in Media portal to receive an email when conditions for your services meet or exceed conditions you specify. For example, Media portal can email you if your Caching service receives more than 500 requests/sec within an hour. Learn more about Media portal alerts
